WASHINGTON, Oct 5 (Reuters) – The US Federal Trade Commission said on Monday it has sent letters to 24 of the country’s largest healthcare services companies about their legal obligation to provide pricing information to patients.
The commission said in a statement that “failing to do so can be an unfair or deceptive practice.”
