DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – With the final count still to be completed, the Duluth Salvation Army has surpassed the season’s Red Kettle goal of 215 thousand dollars.
The Salvation Army Director of Development, Cyndi Lewis, thanks the community for their generous support and the hours put in by volunteer bell ringers.
As of Tuesday, the Red Kettle total was over 225 thousand dollars.
The money is used to fund the many Salvation Army programs throughout the year.
