DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The City of Duluth Human Rights Officer, Carl Crawford, has been elected Vice Chair of the Council for Minnesotans of African Heritage (CMAH).
The council works with Governor Walz and state lawmakers and advises them about issues facing people of African heritage in Minnesota.
Crawford says he is beyond honored to get the support of the council in the election and looks forward to continuing the group’s important mission.
In addition to his human rights work in Duluth, Crawford was a founding member of the Clayton Jackson McGhie Memorial and has served in numerous roles on organizational boards and committees.
