DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Police have arrested a 47 year old Duluth man and 23 year old woman from Lake Nebagamon after a short car chase and then a search through the woods at the end of 108th Avenue West early Monday morning. Police and a canine unit tracked the suspects for nearly an hour over a distance of two miles after they abandoned the vehicle they were in when the road came to a dead end. Police recovered stolen property from a burglary at Mont Du Lac Recreation and a car prowl in Superior. The suspects are in jail and face charges of possession of stolen property and theft of a motor vehicle.
