(Lansing, MI)  --  Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox is charging 58-year-old Rita Gosselin and her 62-year-old husband Richard with defrauding dozens in a massive real estate Ponzi scheme.  Cox's office announced Tuesday the couple, who had been fugitives, had been returned and arraigned in Michigan and are due back in court next Tuesday.  In addition to racketeering and obtaining money under false pretenses charges faced by both, Rita Gosselin is facing additional counts of the same charges.  She was scheduled to go to trial on those when she cut a court-ordered tether device and fled the state with her husband in April.
