(Fargo, ND) -- In Fargo, police are escorting semis loaded with thousands of sandbags to people's homes to protect against the rising Red River. There were rescues last year and Cass County North Dakota Sheriff Paul Laney says choppers and boats will be in place by tomorrow, if needed. The Red is expected to crest Saturday at around 38-feet -- 20-feet over flood stage.
