Duluth, Mn (KDAL)  The Minnesota House and Senate have passed a billion dollar bonding bill that contains many projects that will impact the Duluth area.  Included in the 35 million dollars worth of bonding for Duluth is city and WLSSD funds to address the sanitary sewer overflow problems and phase two money for the Duluth Airport Terminal construction.  Money for new buildings at UMD and Lake Superior College are also in the bill.  Although Governor Pawlenty has said he will sign the measure, he expects to reduce its size with line item vetoes.  Which Duluth projects that will survive those cuts is up to the governor.
