Duluth, Mn (KDAL)   Duluth area employers expect to hire at a healthy pace during the second quarter of 2010.  The latest Manpower Survey shows 22 percent of employers in the Twin Ports plan to hire more workers from April to June, while 10 percent are expecting some payroll reductions.  The net employment outlook for the Twin Ports is 12 percent compared to 8 percent a year ago.
