Duluth, Mn (KDAL)   The Duluth City Council has decided to postpone a decision on spending 80 thousand dollars on new furniture for city offices.  The motion was tabled until more information is obtained from the city administration.  The council did approve the "complete street" resolution last night.  That will allow for new or improved streets to be more accessible to multiple users.
