(Duluth, MN)  --  Environmental groups are confident they'll get all the start-up money they want for anti-pollution work on Lake Superior and the other Great Lakes.  One goal is keeping the destructive Asian carp out of the lakes.  There are conflicting theories on whether the carp could survive in the chilly waters of Lake Superior.  Some scientists believe it's too cold for Asian carp to survive, but other scientists disagree.  Minnesota was part of a major lobbying effort this week to persuade Congress that full funding is necessary to clean up and safeguard the big lakes.
